Rochelle has over 20 years of experience in multiple sectors with a diverse background in leadership development, talent development, organization effectiveness, large scale change leadership, sales consulting, sales enablement and marketing, which provides a unique foundation for connecting business goals and performance to the engagement, development and well-being of employees.
Rochelle earned her Master of Science in Organization Development and Executive Coaching Certificate from the McColl School of Business at Queens University of Charlotte. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Graphic Communications and minor in Business Administration from Clemson University.
